Donation Requests
We are committed to supporting causes that matter to our community, staff, and customers. While we strive to assist many local organizations, we cannot fulfill every request. However, each submission is carefully reviewed by our team.
Our primary focus is on how our donation can help your organization positively impact our local community. We prioritize understanding how your efforts benefit our area and how our contribution can support that mission.
General Criteria:
Submission Timeline: Please submit your request at least 60 days before your event. Due to the high volume of requests, our team reviews them monthly. This timeframe ensures adequate evaluation of your request.
Submission Method: We only consider requests made via this form. Requests via phone call, direct email, or letter delivered to the taproom will not be considered.
Non-Profit Status: We typically donate to registered non-profit organizations, so including your organization’s tax ID information on the form is highly encouraged.
Geographic Focus: As a small local business with deep ties to our local community, we typically donate to organizations within our immediate area (Lower Bucks County).
If We Can Accommodate Your Request:
Notification: We will notify you via email, and donations must be picked up in-store – 200 Levittown Parkway, Levittown PA 19054
Pickup Requirements: You will be asked to show ID at the time of pickup and you must be able to provide a written donation receipt on organization letterhead that contains your tax ID number, organization address, and donation information. If you do not have ID or the receipt, our staff will be unable to give you the donation at that time.
