Donation Request Criteria

Our primary focus is how our donation can help your organization make a positive impact locally. Please review the general criteria below before submitting your request.

Submission Timeline

Submit your request at least 60 days before your event. Because of the high volume of requests, our team reviews them monthly — this window ensures we can properly evaluate yours.

Submission Method

We only consider requests made through this form. Requests by phone call, direct email, or a letter delivered in person will not be considered.

Non-Profit Status

We typically donate to registered non-profit organizations, so including your organization’s tax ID on the form is highly encouraged.

Geographic Focus

As a small local business with deep community ties, we typically donate to organizations within our immediate area — Lower Bucks County.

If We Can Accommodate Your Request

Notification

We’ll notify you by email. Donations must be picked up in store at 200 Levittown Parkway, Levittown, PA 19054.

Pickup Requirements

You’ll be asked to show ID at pickup, and you must provide a written donation receipt on organization letterhead that includes your tax ID number, organization address, and donation information. Without ID or the receipt, our staff won’t be able to release the donation at that time.
